13/03-2018 17:48:15: (VEI) Veidekke to build Bergen Business Park

Veidekke has been commissioned to construct the first two office buildings in
Bergen Business Park at Flesland. The developer is Bergen Lufthavn Utvikling AS
(50/50 Linstow AS and Flesland Holding AS). This is a turnkey contract valued at
NOK 220 million, excluding VAT.

Veidekke will build two five-story office blocks to be called 'The Expo
Building' and 'The Mid Building', which will have a total area of 14,000 m2. The
two blocks will be constructed above a shared underground car park. This is the
start of the development of a modern and ambitious business park next to the new
terminal at Bergen Airport at Flesland. The development has high environmental
ambitions and will be implemented in phases, based on the needs of tenants.

'It's been incredibly fun to be involved in the development of the first two
office buildings at the new Bergen Business Park, and we are delighted that the
project is now being realised. Good interaction between the developer, Veidekke,
our suppliers and architects/advisers has resulted in an exciting building with
modern forms of expression, high levels of quality, good functionality and
flexibility. The buildings will be environmentally certified (BREEAM), which
will also apply to all the other office projects we are working on at Veidekke
Bergen at the moment,' says Erlend Bygnes, Regional Manager at Veidekke
Entreprenør Bergen.

Construction will commence over Easter and the first office block ('The Expo
Building') will be ready for tenants to move into during September 2019.
